Jason Cowan - Director - Lawyer
Jason commenced legal practice in 1994 after completing Law and Science degrees at the University of Otago. He gained broad experience working in both small and large law firms before entering partnership in 2006. Since 2017, he has practised as a sole practitioner, providing clients with direct access to experienced legal advice and a personal level of service.
Jason specialises in property law, including conveyancing, subdivisions and property development, as well as estates and trusts. He also has extensive experience in business sales and purchases, commercial leasing and other property-related transactions.

Melissa Cowan - Associate - Registered Legal Executive
Melissa began her career in the legal industry in 2002 and qualified as a Registered Legal Executive in 2006.
Melissa has extensive experience in property law including conveyancing and subdivisions.
